Through his collaborations with social ventures like All India Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association (AIACA)- New Delhi, Aramporul Foundation - Chennai, Narikuravar Education and Welfare Society - Trichy, Tribal Society - Perambalur and various government agencies, he has become a catalyst for community development, inspiring change through impactful events, skill-building programs, women empowerment, educational initiatives, alternative occupations and awareness campaigns.

'Suvetha' is a trailblazer as the first woman from the Narikuravar tribal community to earn a Bachelor of Engineering degree. As a strong advocate

for women's education and community rights, she has earned numerous prestigious awards for her impactful work in community development.

Suvetha is dedicated to empowering her community by actively securing resources for skill training, welfare initiatives, and educational support for the children of artisans. Her determination and leadership are driving significant change in the community.

'Ramba Vigneshwaran' is a passionate advocate for preserving traditional craftsmanship while promoting innovation in bead jewelry making. As Co-Founder and Director, she plays a vital role in connecting tribal artisans with modern market opportunities.

Her deep expertise in bead making allows her to facilitate workshops and training sessions, where she shares her extensive knowledge of both traditional techniques and contemporary design trends. She is dedicated to fostering sustainable practices that benefit not only the artisans but also the community.
